However, sending products of large volume and/or weight is not advantageous to be done by COURIER.

You bear the entire cost of shipping the products to the shipping company of your choice.
In the event that you wish to use a transport company of your choice for the transport of the products, it is required that you have previously paid the total amount of your order. Also, payment by cash on delivery is considered impossible.
If you wish to send the product to a transport company of your choice, you must notify the company. In this case, you are obliged to personally make all the arrangements with your transport company for the delivery and receipt of the product as well as for the payment of the transporter by you.
As long as the product is available, the company will transport the product from its store to the nearest carrier agency by its own means within 2-5 working days from the date you notify it of the carrier you have chosen.

Pickup from the store
You can pick up our goods from our 2 stores in Heraklion, Crete. In order to serve you properly, the pickup is made ONLY after contacting us by phone to confirm availability from the orders department. There is no additional charge.
- The processing of orders received by SEYFANI Ltd. takes place from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 am. until 15:30. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays are processed the next business day.
- The delivery time may also be affected by the payment method chosen by the customer (e.g. the completion and appearance time of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 working days).
- The company cannot guarantee the timely delivery of the products to the customer when the delivery is made through the courier company or through a transport company. The deadline within which the courier company or the transport company is obliged to deliver the products is determined exclusively by the latter, depending on the delivery address. Delivery times are also subject to delays due to force majeure or fortunate events or events beyond our sphere of influence or responsibility.
